The complex was originally constructed in 1990 and remodeled in 2003. In January 2004, the complex incorporated into a Homeowners Association.

The complex consists of 19 residential structures and a recreational center on three levels located between the East and West branches of Lyon Creek. There are 157 units each with assigned parking. A wooded trail through a Critical Habitat Area and Wildlife Corridor connects the upper level with the levels below, and a paved trail runs behind the buildings along the East Branch of Lyon Creek on the lowest level.
