Q: I have a maintenance emergency and it’s the weekend or after 4:00 pm! What do I do?

Q: How do I contact the property manager when I need maintenance done?

Q: I have questions about my dues payments and account. Who do I contact?
A: Port Gardner Management has an Owner Account Portal, and each owner is given an account number. This allows you to check your balance, payment due dates, and other account information. Contact Port Gardner Management directly for more information: 425-339-1160.
Q: Isn’t my monthly dues payment part of the mortgage payment I make to my bank?
A: No, monthly dues are a separate fee, and your mortgage lender is not responsible for sending it to the property manager. Port Gardner Management sends out dues payment information when a unit is purchased, and at the first of each year. More information about paying dues is in that package.
Q: How do I contact the board of directors with questions or concerns?
A: You can contact the board at marklandwoodsboard@googlegroups.com. Some board members make their direct email addresses and phone numbers available so you can contact them directly.
Q: I have questions about the CC&Rs, or the Bylaws, or the House Rules. Where can I get copies of these governing documents?
