THE BASICS

The Recreation Center hours are from 5am to 10pm daily.

A fob is required to enter the building through the front door or from the pool deck.

The alarm is armed and set every night at 10pm. You must be out of the pool, hot tub, and building by that time, or security will be called when the alarm is activated.

As a primary safety and security procedure, access to the cabana or to the pool and hot tub is only permitted through the front door of the cabana by using the fob issued to the unit owner. Anyone who enters through the pool gate or over the fence, or anyone who helps anyone avoid fobbing in through the front door, will have their fob turned off and risks a fine.

The tanning room is open from 5am to 10pm daily.

Rules and safety protocols are posted in the tanning room.

Please be sure to sign in and out when you use the tanning room.

The sauna is open from 5am to 10pm daily.

Children under age 6 are not permitted in the sauna.

The hot tub is open daily from 12pm to 10pm.

THE HOT TUB WILL OPEN FOR THE SEASON AT 12:00pm

THURSDAY, MAY 9, 2024.

Children under age 6 are not permitted in the hot tub.

Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.

The hot tub has a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

The pool is open daily from 5am to 10pm.

The pool is only heated from 11am - 10pm.

THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2024.

Pool and Hot Tub rules are posted outside and must be followed.

Please remember that the pool gate is for emergency use only, and enter and exit the pool deck through the cabana.

The gym is open daily from 5am to 10pm.

You are responsible for cleaning all equipment you use when you are done.

Use of all recreational facilities is at your own risk. There are no lifeguards or attendants at the cabana.

The cabana is available for rent.
